They said normally an appointment would be required but since they weren't busy at the time they helped me right at the teller desk. I really appreciate the person who helped me - I think his name started with a J? I had a lot of questions and he made sure he answered them all, and he didn't rush me along. Thank you so much! After 15 loyal years to TD I am feeling very positive about my switch to RBC!”

“The staff here is friendly and welcoming.Bank was clean and service was very quick.I really appreciated how all the staff were still wearing masks and were concerned about safety of the customers. Other banks I’ve been in the city seem to think that the pandemic is over even though the Covid numbers are the highest they have ever been here.Good job BMO…other banks should follow your lead!!”
