“I am extremely happy with the service I have received at Hi-Tech Paint and Collision Ltd. I originally needed their help in 2023 when a family member backed into the hood of my car and they returned my car to like-new condition. Just recently I had some severe rock chips on the hood of my car and once again they restored my hood to like-new condition. During this repair they also recommended a PPF installer, took my car to their establishment after my hood was repaired, and returned my car for my convenience. I highly recommend them for all your autobody repairs! Thank you.”

“We originally replied to a Facebook Marketplace ad listed by Alex, and from the very beginning there was absolutely no pressure. We were genuinely just looking to see what we could get for our current vehicle, and my husband was very upfront that we were “just looking.” We ended up going in last Saturday and met with Alex, who already had a 2026 Traverse Z71 sitting out front for us to take a look at. He told us to take it for an hour by ourselves while they got some numbers together for us. It’s honestly so much easier to get a feel for a vehicle and be completely honest about what you like and don’t like when the salesperson isn’t sitting beside you. When we got back, we found out they also had a 2027 Traverse Z71. We loved the interior color so much better on the 2027, we said we would let him know Monday if we wanted to move forward. Instead of putting any pressure on us, Alex offered to let us take the 2027 home for the weekend and bring it back Monday after we finished work. THIS is what sold us. We were able to try everything with the vehicle like the Super Cruise, make sure all of our luggage and camping gear fit, and do all of our regular errands. It gave us a chance to actually live with the vehicle before making a huge decision, and we loved it. Everyone we dealt with at the dealership was amazing — Alex, RJ, Taylor, and everyone else we met along the way. Turned out Alex sold our neighbors their Traverse too and they also loved him. On pickup day, Alex gave us a full tour of the dealership and introduced us to a bunch of people. Everyone was genuinely so friendly and welcoming that it honestly felt like we were dealing with family the entire time. Alex is probably the most chill salesperson we’ve ever dealt with. Again, at no point did we feel pressured or like we were being pushed into buying something. Taylor took care of our financing and she had an answer within an hour or two. The whole process was very quick. They really take care of everything for you behind the scenes. When we picked up the vehicle, Alex went over everything with us and made sure we were comfortable before leaving. He reassured us if we had any issues or questions to give him a shout. As we were just as we were about to leave, the rubber mats came in. Alex ran back inside, grabbed them and installed them himself. We joked that he was our new service advisor 😂 — but honestly, that little extra effort really summed up the entire experience. He went above and beyond for us from start to finish. We came in thinking we were just looking, and ended up driving away in a new vehicle because the entire experience felt so easy, comfortable and genuine. Huge thank you to Alex and the whole team for making what can usually be a stressful process actually enjoyable. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them! Only a couple little minor suggestions: actual vehicle photos on the website instead of stock photos on the newer vehicles page, and offering to handle the registration transfer at the registry. The last few dealerships we bought from did this - we just signed a paper and they do it on your behalf, and it's just one less thing to deal with afterward - not the end of the world but would be the cherry on top.”
