  Great group of people always eager to help, I needed a can of paint to match an existing paint the auto body shops said no way can we match because it had metallic in it well bumper to bumper had no problem matching and I couldn't get match any closer and to boot thay can put it in a spray can thanks guys paint turned out perfect 💯👍

  No matter if you need the machine shop or parts the customer service of this business is second to none. In this day and age it’s nice to know you can still go somewhere people actually enjoy their job.

  Went in, knew exactly what I needed, had the information I needed, the man “helping” me kept insisting I needed the engine code, and more info on the part… he turned me away and wouldn’t sell it to me, probably based on the fact I am a young woman, as the whole time he was talking to me as if I was stupid. May I include later in the day my boyfriend calls and asks if they have the part, sure enough they do! He goes and buys it with the same knowledge I had— no engine code or further information needed! Will do no further shopping here :)

  Wow! The selection here is huge for such a small space, and their decor is genuinely retro.Make sure to pick up a soda from the machine while you are here, and peek at the old safe.Team members were helpful and directed us where we needed to be - I really hope to return here, and would 100% recommend this Action Auto.

  I recently ordered a set (6) Trojan brand golf cart batteries from Action Auto. The initial quote when I was shopping around was $211 per battery and no core charge was discussed. Two days later when I decided on this product the price went to $225 per battery plus a $15 core charge but only if I had the core up front. Logistics made this impossible so I paid the $240 per battery and was told that if I brought the old batteries back they would recycle them for me. Most kind of them!Other retailers were offering a $27 core charge when new batteries were purchased from them but did not carry the Trojan brand I preferred which is why I went with Action.This suggests to me that the owner saw an opportunity to boost his profit margin by first offering a lesser core charge and then none at all to simplify things for himself.I guess integrity in business is optional when the opportunity to "Trojan" a customer presents itself.This business presents as competently run and is a well stocked store with access to quality products. The employees appear knowledgeable and are friendly. Management on the other hand......I'll let you draw your own conclusions.My suggestion is to tread carefully.....get all the numbers and details up front BEFORE ordering. Buyer beware!

  Call this place to try and get parts and straight up says nope don’t have it and don’t wanna try and get it for you. It s a simple part a dipstick tube. Every other place around can get them over night this was the only place who refused to even try
