She complimented the clothing I tried on and was so easy to talk to. My daughter recently passed away, and something about her warmth and patience reminded me so much of her. I’ve had a lot of bad retail experiences, but Danica was by far the best.

The prices are on the high end, but nothing crazy, there is also a sale section at the front of the store that i have found some great stuff in. I made a purchase in another location and it was not great, I went in to my location in medicine hat to seek a resolution. April went above and beyond to help me rectify the issue and did it with such empathy to the situation. We bought shoes, hoodies and shirts from there. Amazing job April. “We visited in time for a great sale. We saved a good deal on our purchases. Most staff were friendly and helpful, with the exception of one person who seemed to hate their job and refused to speak at all. Others were quick to jump in and help though.
