Every store was a miss they wanted too much or wasn't worth it or just simply didnt have any childrens clothing, till I found this jem lots of children's clothing for a very affordable price everything sorted by size so super easy to find what your looking for. Amazing staff very helpful and kind lady's willing to help you look for what your after. They helped me look for a very specific theme thats not so popular anymore and still found at least one thing of it that my son loved so much. Don't forget the toys and books. If your looking for clothing this is the place to go. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience and I ill be back for sure.”

“July 12th my fiancé and I had engagement photos scheduled for that evening. We both were in need of outfits stat. Sam gave us suggestions and paired outfits together for us to try on. She even steamed our clothes and put them in a bag for us. The whole staff there that day gave us their opinions. We have never had a shopping experience like this ever! “I went into Mark’s looking for some warm fall clothing yesterday afternoon, and a young girl Danika helped me. She was so helpful, kind, and had such a good heart. She complimented the clothing I tried on and was so easy to talk to. My daughter recently passed away, and something about her warmth and patience reminded me so much of her. I’ve had a lot of bad retail experiences, but Danica was by far the best.
To other retail workers a simple smile, kind word, or genuine conversation can mean more than you’ll ever know. You never know what someone is going through, and the smallest kindness can leave the biggest impact.”

The prices are on the high end, but nothing crazy, there is also a sale section at the front of the store that i have found some great stuff in. “I go there a lot. Some trips are better than others depending on the staff. Some days they're miserable and just offer a terrible vibe to the experience, and with it being such a small store it definitely brings that gloom over it. Regardless it's still one of my favorites. Last few times I was there the workers were amazing and helpful.”

I made a purchase in another location and it was not great, I went in to my location in medicine hat to seek a resolution. April went above and beyond to help me rectify the issue and did it with such empathy to the situation. We bought shoes, hoodies and shirts from there. Amazing job April. “Went into the store on Tuesday evening was having an extremely bad day the lady working went out of her way to help me when she didn't need to. She helped me put an outfit together talked and joked with me and really made me feel better after my day. “We visited in time for a great sale. We saved a good deal on our purchases. Most staff were friendly and helpful, with the exception of one person who seemed to hate their job and refused to speak at all. Others were quick to jump in and help though.
We will return next time we are in the Hat.”
