I have been going to this gym for about 6 months now, and I absolutely love it! All of the coaches are fantastic. All bodies and abilities are welcomed in this studio. They provide plenty of modifications for all of their exercises, so you never feel left out. The owners of the gym are actively involved in the daily running of the gym. They recognize their members and always have a warm greeting or words of encouragement for all. I truly enjoy coming to all of the classes.

My experience is amazing. The coaches are very helpful because I have bad knees and they give me different exercises if I need it. I really love going there and I would not go anywhere else. I really recommend to anyone that is trying to get fit.

I have been going to Crew for over three years now and still look forward to going ! New workouts every day, great music, and awesome coaches. I had knee surgery and was very nervous returning after taking a month off. Not only were they so helpful prior to my surgery, they have been very helpful when I returned to modify some things till I was ready to be back at it full force!

I’ve been attending classes at Crew Training since June 2021 and it has been life changing! Everyday is a new exciting workout and the coaches are all positive and very helpful.

I started going to Crew early in my pregnancy when I found running (my usual exercise) was getting more difficult. I met with Chelsea with the goal of staying active for as long as I could in my pregnancy. Her, along with all of the other coaches, are so good about giving me modifications and checking in with me to see how I’m doing. I have felt welcomed there since day 1 and am so grateful for a positive, challenging environment! I couldn’t recommend Crew enough, no matter your level of fitness.

I really enjoy my workouts at Crew. They are challenging but Chelsea is great at providing modifications if needed. I definitely feel my strength and endurance has improved since joining in Feb 2023.
