The timings, communication and staff were great. We ran into the inconvenience of a power outage, so it created a problem for them to get to my repair, but they shuttled my home so I could accomplish things while waiting for the power to come back on. Once it did, I got back to the business and everything was excellent. The repair I requested was minor, but service, outstanding. Thank you Gary and ail your staff

My brand new truck was wrecked in a storm we just had and I brought my truck to fix auto north and I was blown away of how fast and efficient they were my truck was done in less than 2 weeks after painting the whole drivers side and replacing 4 windows the paint job looks amazing great work by everyone involved 10/10 recommendedServices: Painting

We have all of our bed liners done here, and they are always prompt to get our vehicles in (I work for a dealership)They do quality work too! Out of the hundreds of liners we've had done here, we have never had an issue, or poor quality work done. We have also had some help from them in removing the smoke smell from vehicles that were heavily smoked in. Thanks Fix Auto, from your pal at City Chrysler?Keep up the great work!

I took my vehicle in for hail damage repair on Sept 26 and was told it would be 11 days. Unfortunately it took over a month due to parts being delayed and still waiting on 2 parts. I had a rental through my useless insurance company and apparently the rental coverage had a limit of 1000, which I was unaware of as on the app it said rental car coverage but no details unless you download the policy and read the fine print. Long story short fix auto is covering the additional fees of rental due to the delay in repairs. I was speechless and in tears of happiness when I read the email between the insurance company and fix auto. Kudos to you guys and shame on Bellaire Direct/Intact. Tysm ??Service: Body & Trim

I had my car taken to this place after it was stolen to be cleaned and fixed. The entire time I was phoning them to see if my vehicle was ready or what was happening as no one was notifying me of anything. It ended up taking them a month to buff one side of the car and change the windshield. It was said that the car would be fully detailed and be 100% safe for my toddler to be in during the time they had my car. When i finally received it after a month, it was not properly cleaned at all. There was residue left everywhere. It actually does not look detailed at all. Very frustrated and annoyed with their service.
