After, unfortunately getting a flat tire, directly next to the shop at closing time, the entire team stayed later to fix my flat at no charge. They are amazing people with kind hearts. I highly recommend ❤️

With winter coming I thought that I should have a new battery in my car, I spoke with Solomon who brought one in to install. But rather than just install the new one and send me on my way this morning, they tested my battery and determined the capacity was still 100% and that it didn't need to be replaced yet. Thank you Fountain Tire Medicine Hat for providing the thoughtful customer service that is sometimes missing!

Refused 10 min job to fix their mistake. Get flat tire because of other fountain location mest up with valve steam. The guy refused to squeeze my job in his schedule argument is "I can't".

First off, I am bias. This Fountain Tire is a customer of the company i work for. Now that thats out of the way, let me tell you why they were the right decision for me. I had a blowout on my highway tractor. Commercial truck tire changes are very difficult & often dangerous on the side of the road. My tire tech (Justin) was prompt, efficient and professional despite my call being the 3rd call that evening for him after working a full day in the shop. He got me rolling quick and made it look easy. Much appreciated Fountain Tire!! Good job!

These guys are super quick and helpful I went in last minute cause I got a flat tire that needed fixing and I was helped immediately. In and outta there in 20 minutes, Ryan was the one who helped with my car found the problem easy peasy and although he's younger he's got the knowledge. They have yummy chocolates and hot chocolate too!
