“Big mistake buying a mattress set! Went in to buy a new mattress cause our old one was old and wore out the sales person sold us on a firmer more expensive mattress than the one we wanted “because we needed more support “ and “you have six months to bring it back if you don’t like it” 3 months in I had had enough of waking up in pain and went back
In. Only to be told no we can’t take it back yet the mattress is not broken in yet you have to give it six months.
Fast forward to six months and still waking up in pain, we go back in to take it back and the sales person says that they will take it back but the only one they would exchange it for was the equivalent of a college dorm futon mattress. “Because if this one is too firm for me, all the other ones will be too”
So now I’m a year in and still waking up in pain every day!!!!
Do not fall for their you have six months to try sales pitch! They well not honour it!!!”
