Mindy and the team at Hi-Tech are truly AMAZING to deal with. I have had my vehicle close to 10 years and have taken it all over for services in town over the years and I have not had a better experience since choosing to use Hi-Tech! My brother in law had his vehicle towed to their shop after his accident. All of the ladies that we dealt with were top notch. The service was amazing. They were all extremely helpful during the entire process.

After I had been involved in an accident and my vehicle had to be towed to a repair shop, my dad quickly recommended Hi-Tech as he had experienced excellent service for many years there. First thing in the morning, I called Hi-Tech and the ladies on the phone immediately made me feel better about my incident. They clearly explained next steps and reassured me that they would guide me on the phone with the insurance company when I came in. They answered all our questions and made positive recommendations for my case. Even though it was right before Christmas, I received an efficient estimate on the damage reported to insurance which made the rest of the process quicker and easier. Mindy spent the time with me on the phone to debrief. Their service is personable and caring as professionals and genuine human beings. I highly recommend this company to the city of Medicine Hat.

I wish I could give Hi-Tech a higher rating than 5-stars as this business is a true gem!! The staff always go above and beyond for their customers. They are kind, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. Their quotes are trustworthy, the quality of work second to none, and everything is completed in a timely fashion (I have may have been in need of their services a time or two ;). They also do a wonderful job of communicating with the customer to make the whole process as smooth as possible. Took my truck up to get the tailgate serviced and they fixed it immediately. Courteous and professional. Knowledgeable and personable. They didn’t even charge me. I would highly recommend HiTech as they are genuinely honest and customer oriented.

Gentleman i spoke to on the phone was very polite and professional. He did an amazing job. You did your job to a fantastic standard sir.Only reason for 4 stars was the quoted price for what i was after. Didnt think spraying 4 steel rims back to flat black was gonna be so pricey.
