“I spoke to Mariana in the med. Hat office to book a trip to cancun..after being scammed by persons saying they were ama travel on line.. I was very nervous about booking with ama on the phone..in the past I have always booked my vacations through ama..Mariana was absolutely wonderful..she was kind courteous and very thorough explaining all involved in my booking my trip..I was short on time so she promised to call me back at 4:00 to complete my booking..which she did..even added more details about the resort I was booking including finding out for me that shuttle service was included to and from the airport which I greatly appreciated. Ama is very fortunate to have her as an employee who i highly recommend..she spent more than an hour with me as she was very detailed and went far and beyond the call of duty..sincerely appreciated..and this is why I have been a customer since 2013..thank I ou kindly mariana”
