Deena was absolutely AMAZING today! I went in there looking for a dress for my son's wedding. I found exactly what I wanted but needed a size larger. She contacted their Okotoks store and have arranged to have it shipped to Medicine Hat for me to try. She went above and beyond and I am so grateful. Jenny's has always been my favorite store and I knew I would find what I wanted there. Thanks again Deena!!!

Wonderful store!!! The manager was so helpful. So great to finally find a place with such great quality clothing and fantastic staff. Will definitely be shopping there more often.

Unfriendly, No body greets you, manager was gabbing away, i had to interrupt her to ask if they sold something. , store is falling apart .

Very hostile "customer service". Attempted to complain to regional supervisor and was told to just shop there when someone else was on duty. Are you kidding me? Will never shop there or any other store owned by this company again.
