Excellent service. After explaining my issue with Colin, he was able to give a detailed explanation of what most likely had gone wrong. All it took to repair was a bit of plumber's putty and elbow grease. Very appreciative of the advice and guidance.

Went in to get a light bulb for my oven and had asked the guy at the counter if this is the right one. He had no idea and proceeded to ring me up. Staff needs to be more knowledgeable and not proceed to ring in if they didn’t know. I know it’s the right one but staff should ask someone if they don’t know.
