“I went into Mark’s looking for some warm fall clothing yesterday afternoon, and a young girl Danika helped me. She was so helpful, kind, and had such a good heart. She complimented the clothing I tried on and was so easy to talk to. My daughter recently passed away, and something about her warmth and patience reminded me so much of her. I’ve had a lot of bad retail experiences, but Danica was by far the best.
To other retail workers a simple smile, kind word, or genuine conversation can mean more than you’ll ever know. You never know what someone is going through, and the smallest kindness can leave the biggest impact.”
“We have a big trip planned and noticed my hubby needed some nicer dress clothes so we headed to Moores on Strachan Rd in Medicine Hat. We were met at the door by Nelson and he was in the Halloween spirit dressed up in a Star Wars outfit. This was perfect since my husband is a Star Wars fanatic. We let Nelson know what we are looking for, and he was very knowledgable and picked out some clothes Which my hubby tried on, and we ended up purchasing the perfect clothes for our trip. Nelson was very helpful and I would recommend anybody looking for some nice nice men’s clothing at affordable prices to head to Moores and talk to Nelson.”

“We visited in time for a great sale. We saved a good deal on our purchases. Most staff were friendly and helpful, with the exception of one person who seemed to hate their job and refused to speak at all. Others were quick to jump in and help though.
