My daughter had her birthday party at Michaels tonight and every kid enjoyed it. They made a tie dye t-shirt, painted and made some bracelets. It was convenient to book and organize and everything went very smooth. Shane was also great with the kids. Thank you so much!

Went in after 7.00pm for a return and refund (picked up new supplies as well). My refund was over the “allowable limit” for a time with no MANAGER on staff. I spoke with Colin (manager) and he called the correct person for approval for my return. ABOVE & BEYOND service!! I really appreciate it, Colin. Thank you!😊
