Brought my Audi in for an oil change and even though it is a complicated car they figured it out. They even had to deal with the removal of my aftermarket skid plate. Awesome work guys, much appreciated!

I had a tire separate while camping near by, they gave me advice over the phone and when we got there they offered us coffee and water. They gave us some ideas for places to grab a bite in the hat. They were all smiles and were extremely helpful. 10/10

Terrible experience, the staff is slow , they left my drain plug loose . Than the owner told me I would have to pay $10 to have it looked at . She was fairly rude

Although they were very friendly and tried to help me but they diagnosed my car's problem wrong and wanted to change my battery right away; but since I have experience in mechanical stuff I told them maybe it is alternator but they didn't have a voltmeter to check that so I went somewhere else to check alternator and I was right and there were no problem with my battery.For a place like this it is not good to not have a small cheap voltmeter and give people wrong advise.

Highly recommend!My vehicle tire had a sidewall cut late in the evening and no shop would agree to mount the new tire at that time, all said to take a prior appointment or to come after three days, and I had to get too work that evening.Called Mr. Lube shop and spoke with Morris. Understanding the situation I was in, he spoke with his team and very kindly agreed to change the tire the same evening.The quality of work and service was top notch.The workshop/area was clean. Tracey, one of the co-owners, greets all the customers and offers them coffee and newspaper; she personally delivered them (those who had requested) to the cars in which they were waiting.Dakota, Morris and the third technician (whose name I don't recollect) are great.But the show stopper is Sunny. It was a pleasure meeting and interacting with her. If you are there, you must meet Sunny and have a conversation with her.A very warm and welcoming crew, gets the job done and great service.Highly recommended!

My name is Robert Schmidt . I have been going to this shop for probably the better part of 25 years . The company I worked for used this shop when things were busy . We had 200light trucks on the Road. I went in their toget a simple oil change which turned into a gong show When I told them this will never happened again I was accused of threatening . It won’t happen again . Will never see my face again in this business so sad . When Chad managed it was a place I enjoyed going . Had nothing but respect for the business . Gone in a flash .
