We went there to get a cell phone for my GF who visiting from CO we had a wonderful customer service this very friendly man named Harsh helped us greatly in this day and age to receive such great customer service was a blessing

I was in here last week early in the morning for vegetables and fruit. The spinach, the lettuces next it and the chard were wilted almost rotten like most of the time as well as the broccoli. In fact, I have not seen fresh broccoli in this store for over two years. I looked at the packaged spinach and chard and they were all rotten. There were no melons out. I went to the fruit counter and the ladies had an abundance of them but wouldn't give me one or cut some for me. I walked out like I do most times fighting back tears because it's so scary to never see fresh produce and yet the prices keep going up on the compost being sold in this store. My mistake for thinking I might get lucky and find some decent produce here.

Despite repeated attempts to purchase fresh avocados at Superstore, I have been met with disappointment as they have consistently failed to ripen.

Pollinators love our gardening, and where else to pickup hanging baskets, brightly coloured flowers and plants than REAL CANADIAN SUPERSTORE? Many plants are ON SALE now.
The luscious nursery is on the parking lot in front of the store. Every plant is healthy looking, sprouting and well grown. There are at least 3 different types of lavender, olive bush and interesting herbs, with clear care instructions. Walking through green and colour is so healing and rewarding !
That takes a lot of work and planning, but the results are amazing. Thumbs up for supporting local vendors.

The worst produce in town.. but nice that they usually have all tills open on the weekends and a good selection of a variety of products...
NOT nice that they won't give out prices over the phone!!

I shop regularly at this store but my biggest complaint is the fruit seems to be on sale only when it is no longer fresh and beginning to spoil.

After shopping here for nearly 20 years, suddenly in my last 3-4 visits I've had at least a few staff hovering very close to me watching me like a hawk from various angles at the self-checkout.
Maybe I look suspicious? Or perhaps they are having a larger problem with thefts lately. It is a little bit weird and unsettling. It might be better not to use self-checkout.
Other than that, it's a nice store, I do most of my shopping here.

Hi I love the bulk items that are cheaper by there brand the President's choice brand and the sales the stores clean and the staff helpful polite and respectful and very informative I always loved the Canadian Superstore
