I ordered a new parka and everything went exactly as expected! Shipped it to the store free and paid when I picked it up. I even changed my mind on the color and ordered a different one. Came in in less than a week. Color me happy!

I have been in Rickis/Cleo a few times in the last month. I have also called in about my online order. Each time I was greeted by more than one of the employees. Everyone I talked to was professional, kind and so very happy!!I look forward to returning to the store again!
