Recently purchased a 2SS Camaro from them and would highly recommend buying from them. Taylor and Kyle helped me throughout the whole process and there was no trouble or problems at all, very excellent customer service. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a new sweet car!

We've had our Kia Seltos for about a couple months now. I can say we absolutely love it! The fuel milage is far better than we thought. Tom our salesman was fantastic, straight to the point. The finance guy (sorry can't remember his name) was great too, felt a little bit rushed though. Had to have to windshield replaced, the service on that was great as well. Both I dealt with in the service department were very pleasant.

Excellent staff, huge shout to both Kyle(sales) and Taylor(finance), very easy to talk and work with. Everything went super smooth and pleasant, they made what i wanted work and got me in and out in a timely manner. A definite recommend for your car needs.

My wife bought a new 2017 Kia Sportage from Straightline Kia, and soon after the piston rings went, they kept saying nothing was wrong, even though ibwould have to keep on adding oil after oil changes, and they would not honor their warrenty on the engine, we will never buy another Kia again.

If could give a zero star I would. My husband and I had negotiated to sell our SUV to them. We got the letter from the bank and totally forgot it was registered in my name not both mine and my husband’s so they advised we would need to have that amended before finishing the deal which was fine. Once we completed that and went to return to sign the SUV over the completely pulled out with absolutely no reason given. When my husband called to talk to Grady he informed him he would give him an update through text. Very unprofessional he could not even have the decency to give him a phone call. He did it through text instead with no reason. 0/10 customers services and professional services. I would not recommend taking your business here as they have no respect for your time and definitely do not have any professionalism with their employees. I would stay clear of this, Kia, and Grady if you are in the market.
