So normally I find everything is okay at this store but one thing I hate is that you can't even reach a human being at your local store.there is no phone number to the local store which is bloody ridiculous!!!!all you can reach is a 1 866 number and it doesn't even connect you to the store so that's beyond stupid.on top of that I'm very upset yesterday I bought two brand new things of cottage cheese from the store I opened one to taste it it tasted so off check the best before date it said May 2023 best before I was like are you kidding me?and then I opened the second one tried it same problem it tasted horrible it was so off.and now I don't even know if I can return this thing or what the hell I'm to do I'm thinking at this point probably just throw it away and go somewhere else to get it cuz oh I love the taste of cottage cheese but both of these were extremely gross.

Parking good. Prices seemed ok. Does not seem to have a bakery so no fresh buns. Produce looked ok. Staff good but used self checkout. Have to bring a cart from outside racks. None in store?

The meat section has little selection and not a lot of good deals. However, I like their produce section and the staff is very friendly.

Great prices for Alberta. But if you get there after 6pm they won't have much of a selection of meat left. Other than that the staff are friendly and helpful.

Nice and clean.When a staff member tells you what aisle something is on it is actually there. Very caring and polite.

Like shopping here, most of the staff are really nice. They also carry some of the PC gluten free items.

Usually have a wonderful experience at No Frills, but our latest trip did not go well. Purchased a prepackaged bag of tomatoes, the same kind I usually get at the Sobeys, only to find when I got home that only 2 of them were useable, the rest had seeds that were already sprouting inside. Then while looking for bouillon cubes, the first ones you could grab off the shelf were already expired in March! I had to look at the back of the shelf to get a reasonable expiry date. Finally, a jar of no name minced ginger had an internal broken seal when I went to use it. I don’t think I’ll be heading to No Frills for a while, which is unfortunate as it’s usually one of the best places to shop for groceries in Morinville.

Purchased what was labelled a 3 lb package of lean ground beef on May 10. After browning for tacos, I realized it was far from lean. My wife could not eat more than a bite of her soft taco, because of the texture and taste.I also found it to be different, but even worse, bit down onto something hard. This turned out to be a bone fragment.I looked at the receipt, which said it was beef chub. I spoke with the store manager today about this product. She was zero help, had no idea what chub actually is. After telling her I still had a lb remaining along with my receipt, I expected her to offer a refund or return. Nothing.Will be talking to No Frills head office, and will not buy their meat again.

I had an excellent time! The teller discovered a problem with the item that would not scan. She asked an assistant to check the price and very quickly found out that there was no price. The problem was quickly escalated to a supervisor and it was then solved. Thank you!April 19, 2023:I had a great interaction will the attendant of the self-checkout area. Thanks for the cheerfulness!
