I don’t know who is the manager over there but recently I have had really bad experience over there. I came the last to buy some stuff around 9:30 pm the young guy started announcing “ customers almost we are closing in 5 minutes “ I checked my clock it was exactly 9:35 pm immediately another coworker said that is not true we are closing in 25 minutes. So, the young guy for sure doesn’t ethically know how to try clients. However, that place is really enjoyable to see it.But, today I had another incident with an old senior lady. I bought dishes as you see in the picture said $1.50 c so I mentioned her you need me to charge the right amount, she said not at all “ we don’t have enough people to work changing prices and also said you need to put your stuff by yourself in the bag” OMG! I went with another lady staff and I told her for her help. She said the same “ we are not responsible to pack your stuff wherever you are buying “
This is serious incident putting down your store for having a bad customer service. Every store needs clients.

Came in today with my small child and while we were walking around we could hear the staff talking very loudly to each other about very in appropriate things. Very vulgar. This is not the first time.

A couple weeks ago, I was shopping in this store and an employee was speaking with another employee about an incident that had occurred moments before I walked in. I guess some solar lights had fallen on someone and the customer was upset about it. The employee was very loud while explaining what had happened to her other employee and the tone of that employees voice just didn’t sit right with me. I’m sure they deal with difficult and upset customers often, however I feel there is a level of professionalism that should be maintained while dealing with difficult situations- the staff at this store? No professionalism whatsoever. That customer hadn’t even left the store before they began complaining and using this awful tone of voice while speaking about it. This customer can hear everything that is being said. The manager never even approached her. When she did finally leave, all you could hear from the employees were these horrible comments about her and the situation. Fast forward to today- I am shopping and one of the employees is on the phone talking to someone about this same situation. I am assuming that lady had complained and someone was following up to get the employees side of the story. Once she got off the phone, the nasty comments and complaints from the staff member started up again and questioning why that lady hadn’t said anything to her after the incident occurred. Well, judging from the tone of voice that lady had been spoken to after it had happened, I do not blame her for not voicing her concerns to the employees at this store that day and filing a formal complaint to someone else. The staff at this store just scream mean girl energy lol I am shocked that my first time back at this store, I heard them all complaining about that same lady and belittling her experience AGAIN, weeks later. Perhaps the staff should be speaking about these situations in private and not for other shoppers to hear because after today, I will not shop there again. The lack of professionalism from who I am assuming is the manager is pathetic and the maturity level of the grown women working here is baffling. If you don’t want customers grabbing stuff from the top shelves, stop overstocking the shelves so we can actually grab and look for what we need. That lady wasn’t in the wrong from grabbing from the top, the staff could stock and organize this store way better and prevent that situation from occurring in the first place. Instead, they stood around and bitched about it amongst themselves not just once but TWICE. Do better lol

The Dollar Tree in Mornville is the best store ever. I love it here, it’s big and easy to walk around. Their Halloween selection is huge, lots too choose from? also this store is so clean. I’ve been to many stores in Edmonton, they are awful, gift bags, toys all over the floor. Thank you Shelly for your help today, you went above and beyond, it’s very much appreciated!

Worst customer service was shoping with 2 kids and one of them bumped into a end shelf that had wall stickers on them and I asked him to pick It up so he did and put then right where they were on the top... a employee named Marlene (short,short dark hair) getting mad at him and said to put them away properly and stormed over to the stickers he told her I did pick them up and put them where they were. I can hear her from the next isle complaining to another employee. I don't know who you think you are but that is unacceptable he could have just left it there on the floor but no I got him to pick it up and he put it exactly where it fell from.
