Not good customer service at all. We had so many issues with our joint bank account. My husbands tap wouldn't work and so we had to book an appointment to get that fixed, which is impossible because their hours are useless. Said it was fixed and a new problem would always come up. Last time we went in my husbands tap was coming out of savings and charging us each time, which we didn't notice because we put money in savings and then leave it there. Went to the branch to see if they could do anything and they only gave us back $200 of the $500 that they took without our knowledge. Phoned the manager to talk to him about it and he offered me 6 months of a free account, which is not even close to the $300 they still owed us. After less than 10 mins on the phone with the manager, he literally hung up on me. Horrible horrible horrible customer service. Maybe RBC itself is good, but the Morinville branch needs to be re-evaluated. Forced to switch banks and RBC continues to take money that we don't have. Thanks guys

Have used this branch for several years for a not-for-profit organization. Their service has been atrocious and we eventually were forced to close out the accounts and move elsewhere. Simple transactions required multiple visits to resolve, instructions were not followed, wait times for appointments were extremely long.As well, RBC online and phone banking systems were literally useless, it took well over an hour to finally be able to reach an individual who would send an email to the branch to have them call us to make an appointment with the branch staff.I had no idea RBC customer service had degraded to such a poor level.

Gmorning I’ve always tried to good customer at morinville RBC, Problem is I took in a cheque, for cashing, the new guy said yes we can do this on the 24th I was given a little bit of cash n was told pick up the rest on 27th, fine I said Christmas will be 2days late for kids went back on 27th now I’m told I’m not getting any of my money till after new year’s. This was an extra job I took on to give my family a decent Christmas plus my employee has nothing for his family low on food , our family’s have had to suffer and thrs nobody thr that can help it’s waste of time, why RBC why are you letting those new ppl treat existing customers in a rude manners
