Today we picked up our 5th wheel, which RV City has had since Sept 2022 to be serviced. We have been back and forth 3 times nothing had been completed 100%. Each time we came to check the trailer, and discovered the repairs were not completed, we were told someone would call us back. No one called. We had to continually follow up. Finally, we received a voice message saying the trailer was ready for pick up. I called back, could not speak to anyone, left a message, saying we would be there today, Jun 10th around 11:00 am to pick up. And here we go again, we get there to pick the trailer up and it was not ready to go, nor was everything completed. We are beyond disappointed with RV City. Unfortunately, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences we have ever had. We will wait for a satisfactory response and resolution.

I cannot sing the praises of the service manager of RV City loud enough. Mathew Gonzales has worked on my custom Oliver Elite II ever since I brought it home to Arizona from the factory in Tennessee in 2017. Most of Mat’s work has been on performing upgrades.
The Oliver is a unique four-season, multigenerational camper, and I am extremely picky about who works on it. (Look up Oliver Travel Trailers to see why.) Mat has taken the time to learn the unique features of my camper, and when he has doubts about how to handle a job, he consults with me. Also, he does not hesitate to confer with specialists—such as component manufacture’s representatives or the Oliver company itself—to learn how to handle situations with which he may be unfamiliar.
While he takes the time to understand what is required, he works remarkably quickly. I am always impressed with the quality of this work. I recently requested that he do a major upgrade involving some quite technical electrical work. As usual with Mat’s work, the end-product more than met my expectations.
If you can get Mat to work on your RV, you will be lucky indeed.

Rv City Nisku - Buyers Beware -I have personally never been d#cked around so much buy a single company. I own a few small businesses and have to fight for companys to pay up there invoices ,and this is a walk in the park compared to dealing with rv city. The icing on the cake is today , a manager named Glenn basically told me to shut up, and take my rv (akaLemon) and go some where else , he proceeded to tell me that "we can't make you happy, we will take off the irrelevant diagnostic fee , and if you don't like it go some where else"...you know what Glenn , I will after this ordeal , I will take as many of my fellow Facebook family's on all camping forums , and my personal family's business with me. Thank you for really showing R.v city's true colors here today...craziest thing is I can say literally this whole purchase was one of the most negative experiences, and biggest regrets of my life...... It was not the fact , they can't magically fix everything that has been wrong with the trailer ,not the fact that so far every summer I have owned a trailer it has been back at rv city two to three times a season , it is the fact that no one will stand beside the Jayco product , including everyone at rvcity ,minus one manager the second year out in morinville, he help tremendously, but since then no one will stand up and say yah that's not proper let us take care of this. Instead you will be greater with a 95 dollar diagnostic fee , and a estimate in labor @160dollars an hour , I'm over the lies , the false promises, the failures of the trailer , I can't say Jayco is a bad product , as long as you have some one willing to stand beside it...do t be mislead by the 4 or 5 star reveiws , Rv city's sale team , was amazing they really didn't feel pushy at all they definitely may have mislead me abit and over priced a few thing , but all round I felt comfortable with the Jayco purchase. Then all down hill from there .....especially the past two years the team they have in leduc , well up front and in office, not the mechanics , I feel the mechanics and techs are spot on , but the service and managerial systems need an over haul absolutley horrendous. Literally today I was told to go some where else because I was asking to many questions , I could hear in Glenns(manager) voice he was getting all worked up , and then proceeded to tell me , take your business some where else , because they were flip flopping on prices through emails ,"have emails for proof"....as a ceo/ manager of a business I couldn't say that to clients or I wouldn't have a job. If a customer has questions about outrageous numbers he is being sent , you answer them , if a customer has questions about technical stuff with his trailer and how you are planning to fix it you answer them . You don't get all flustered and talk over the customers questions , I couldn't even ask all the questions cause Glenn kept talking louder and over me while saying " take your trailer somewhere else" Sad part is I literally dread next season , and I'm not even through this one , just cause I still have warranty On 50 percent of the trailer and I will personally have to deal with Rv city again for the up coming repairs next seasons (2022) All in all this reveiw isn't bashing Jayco as a brand , it's more to make people aware of what's to come, after you walk out of that sales office with the giant smile on your face and stoked about your new trailer and can't wait to go camping , hope this reveiw may of saved you from that amazing amazing experience, FIND A DEAERSHIP WHOE SEES YOU AS PERSON/FAMILY ,and not a wallet and a quick sale. 4 years with rv.city , I'm a wallet.... an empty wallet lol Gl happy camping all!!!!!

The service/parts department are terribly mismanaged. I made my service appointment 4 months in advance, I also ordered a part at the same time. Part, waited 3 months, figured Covid travel and supplies hard to get, extra time is expected. So I called, it had NOT been ordered. It was prepaid and everything. After my phone call I received in 3-4 weeks. So shading 4 months. Service- dropped my motorhome off on April 30th and was promised May 7 return, that was also the initial agreement at time of booking appointment. They asked at time of checkin if I needed it back may 7. I stressed that I did, I had it going in a mechanic shop the next day to inspect all mechanical aspects of the RV. They accepted and took the RV. I get a call today May 4 and they inform me that I will not have it back this week. I'm like okay, things are behind a little, another week? Nope! We hope to have it ready by the end of May, first week June. Needless to say I shared my story with a neighbouring dealership, they took pity on me, we use this RV for fundraising efforts and walks for the cause, they will have it to me in a couple of weeks with no appointment. Plus, I go to pick it up, which they knew I was on my way and not happy. I'm given the keys without an I'm sorry for the inconvenience or anything! Told it's parked outside the gate to the far right. Go out? No motorhome. So they were about 20 minutes trying to find a 32 ft motorhome. If you are buying fo not expect service! If you are looking for service, they do not know the meaning. Save yourself a lot of trouble and stress.

I must say that I'm a little disappointed in there service. We purchased a new trailer last fall, when we went to pick it up there lack of attention to detail was very evident. The toilet they has installed has a large gob of spray foam on the floor ... looks like my 4 year old granddaughter sprayed it. The nail holes they covered in the ceiling all have about a 4 inch streak of paint ... once again looks like my granddaughters art work. A blind in the bedroom is broken, and it certainly was not cleaned prior to us picking it up as promised. Our sale man Fernando was excellent, but unfortunately after the sale you have to talk to someone else. With every issue you are dealing with someone different. Seems to be a very confusing system. And we did make numerous calls to REACH OUT, but all resulted in us leaving message not to be returned.

My wife and I currently looking to purchase a camping trailer and because we are military - we were told to check out RV City. In doing our research, we knew what we were looking for but didn't really have any knowledge in what we were getting ourselves into. All we knew was that the wife had particular things she was looking for, as did I. We were introduced to GLEN and he was very slow in explaining how trailers were built, why certain things were a certain way and he took into consideration of all the things were were looking for. What was amazing is that when he explained how the floors were built, he actually started jumping up and down in the center of the trailer! It was NOT something we were expecting. We have since check out 3 other RV dealerships and no matter where we go or what trailer we look at - Glenn has left us with a last impression and we will be looking forward to purchasing a Jayco trailer from him soon.
