My family loves AK! We love that they're covered for younger children so we can get our kids into healthy habits from a young age. The trainers here are fantastic and everyone is chill and welcoming. Very wide range of equipment available for use. The dogs are an added bonus for sure.

Had a session with my girls team which went great and then we had a league coaching session that showed so pre game stretching and warmups. Great session with the girls and detailed one with the coaches!

I've been a member at a lot of gyms over the years (Goodlife, LA Fitness, Crunch, GYMVMT, Evolve, Anytime Fitness, YMCA, BSRC, etc.) and AK Performance is far-and-away my favorite.
Alex and the staff are all great to talk to and are clearly experts in their fields. You can't go wrong here.
