Whoever manages the Costco outlet on this particular afternoon is inept at his/her job.
No carts available in the store, customers came to me when I left around 3pm asking if they could take my cart!! All while there was LOTS of carts in the cart corrals!!!
No internet in the store, and when I asked leadership staff after the cashiers about Costco internet issues; a management rep tried to log-in on his phone and said…..ya it’s been a problem today.
Note: Please don’t misunderstand me - I LOVE Costco, I’m not okay with incompetent management on ANY day!! Costco, pull up your socks an treat your customers with the respect they deserve.

Yikes, the customer service is so hit or miss at this location. I’ve had more bad experiences than good.
I called to check stock and price of an item and was told they don’t give prices over the phone, even though this is something I’ve regularly been able to do previously. That’s such an odd policy because you’re forcing the customer to drive to the store to know the price of an item?

Avrel at the liquor store has terrible customer service and a lot of attitude. Knowing she is not the manager she stated she was. Does not want to do her job…she literally works in retail and customer service and does not know the first thing about it. Need to review your job description Avrel.

It's an okay Costco. I go here regularly. But, I find that that it is a smaller store with a smaller selection than some of the major Costco locations.

Big, clean, lots of parking and friendly staff. Fast cashiers made short work of long lines. You can tell Costco pays and treats their staff much better than their competition by the speed, service and smiles.
