About FedEx Ship Centre

FedEx Ship Centre offers a mix of customer experiences. Many reviews highlight the helpful staff, with front counter employees praised for their exceptional service and professionalism. Customers appreciate the effort made by employees to assist them, even going out of their way to ensure packages are delivered promptly. However, some find the requirement for customers to do data entry inconvenient, especially given the limited computer access. Delivery drivers have received criticism for not attempting delivery and leaving stickers for pickup instead. Overall, while the service is recognized as great, there are areas that could improve customer convenience.

I have had nothing but good experiences at this location.

There is plenty of parking, which is a bonus, the office is clean, and the staff is great.

Staff is helpful. But asking the customer to do the data entry and they only have 1 computer - is kinda dumb. Not very customer friendly way.

Fast friendly service. A little hard to find but great once I was there.
