I've been dealing with Justin and his wonderful, knowledgeable staff for a couple of years now and any servicing that my vehicle requires is always done quickly, completely and properly. They always tell me up front what the cost will be and it's always a fair, manageable estimate. I will always take my vehicles to Freeway!

Great place!!! Good communication, they actually seem to care about the vehicle.And the owner! I've met a few of the mechanics all very nice. A place that makes me want to come back !

I had a damaged tire stem that was leaking and stopped by this shop since it was the closest one to me. They were able to fit me in on short notice and replaced the stem for a very reasonable price. I've become a repeat customer since then and they always do a great job.
Their waiting room is also great. Free coffee and a pool table.

Popped by the shop with a leaky tire after flying home from a visit out east. Went to Freeway and they got the car in very quickly, fixed a poor double patch job from another company and generously charged us nothing given we still had long drive back to Cold Lake. Great location, people and would highly recommend. Thanks again :)

Called in one location for a tire patch on Friday evening. They sent me to the other store where I could get serviced immediately. Walked out in a quick bit with tire ready for the long weekend. Great service with a smile.

One word… Awesome! I’ve been here twice now and dealt with Corey both times. Super friendly, knowledgeable and great communication. Very clean office which I appreciate and welcoming. Unmatched customer service which is extremely rare these days. I would trust this business with any vehicle I have, that needed anything to do with tires. I got a flat tire and pulled off the QE2 towards highway 19. A very kind, young man stopped to help me put on my spare and I took my car to this place as it was one of the closest places I could find. They were really kind and were able to quickly fix my tire. I will forever be so grateful. Thank you so much, You really did make my day much better.

I had an extreme flat tire and stopped by the shop to get a quick fix. Matt was able to fit me in even though he was busy. I sat there for a few minutes and had some of the candy they had available. I really appreciate the last-minute fit-in as a new client as well.
