My mother, daughter and I walked in looking for a wallet, my daughter is only 7yrs old, they had a display of kids luggage at the entrance of the store, one them had a scooter attached to the child’s luggage, my daughter being a kid, liked it, started looking at it and was about to ride it, when one of their employees came over and told my mom that my daughter isn’t allowed to ride it, I heard the conversation and instantly walked over to daughter and took the scooter away from her, teller her it was only for show, the lady was walking up to child to tell her she wasn’t allowed to ride it, when I stopped her and said, “I got it, I’ve already told my daughter, you don’t need to say anything to her”. I had put the scooter away, the lady walked away and we continued looking for the wallet we came in looking for. The employee, went the the “owner” and tried “quietly” telling him what had happened, his response was,
“no no, you are right, and if they don’t like it, they can leave”
Loud enough so that we could hear. So that is exactly what we did. We left. And we will never be going back, nor will we be allowing any of our family or friends to go in there because I can tell from the other reviews, this places has a problem with a “certain type” of ppl trying to shop there.
If there was a negative option, this racist place would be getting it. Disgusting behaviour all around.

I went to a few stores looking for a backpack but hadn't found exactly what I was looking for until I came here. I got incredible service from George and he was able to find an excellent canvas backpack, made in Canada with superior quality and priced with great value! He definitely went above and beyond. So grateful! ❤️

Huge rave!! I'm an avid shopper and a lady who knows what I want. George the owner is a true gentleman and passionate about his buisness and customer satisfaction. We stopped by at the nisku location and George himself assisted me in my purchase, helping me get the correct size and style. Highly recommend to anyone looking to make a purchase with genuine leather from a store that offer craftsmanship products and amazing prices.

I finally got back , liked my pork pie leather hat so much , I went back for another to keep in reserve. The quality and craftsmanship is bar none . While in the classy boutique, mentioned my leather belt was loose , without a hesitation the gentleman dressed to the 9’s offered to adjust my belt holes even though I did not by the belt at the store . Again I was blown away by the professionalism of the host (salesman sounds cold) and quality of service. For anything you need in leather and confidence in a truly enlightened experience please come and check this unique leather boutique.

As I walked into this magical shop, I was engulfed by the warm, familiar smell of a genuinely fine product. I was only there to inquire about a small item that I have been searching for, for some time. Not nearly dressed in my Sunday’s best, and hair pulled back into a faded ball cap, I looked somewhat out of place in such a “bougie” spot.With the odds of receiving good service unlikely, i started to wonder this beautiful shop in Leduc mall in search of my item. Much to my surprise, I was met by Owner George himself.Not only was I greeted with a smile as genuine as his leather, but I was welcomed with the gift of pure, true energy. A search for a very modest leather cuff, has now led me to purchase all of my favorite leather items from George. The combination of wide variety of leathers, a warm, welcoming environment, and sheer passion for his trade, is so rare in this generation. I am so happy I stumbled upon this gem. Now I’m ordering much larger items, utilizing his custom make options and (because I live out of town) being gifted with same day delivery.Thank you George! You are as finely prepared as the gorgeous leather back pack I ordered from you!

After traveling to several countries across Asia, Africa and Europe and as a CEO of my business, I'm a frequent buyer for leather merchandise, i was severely disappointed by the older Palestinian salesman. He was very rude, he looked at me from head to toe judging whether i am "able to make a purchase" I was only browsing looking to buy 5 bags and 2 jackets and with his arrogant tone of voice he said "when you come next time ready with money, i will show you our products" I will never step foot in this store again. I will let everyone know about this salesman's poor customer service skills. Please hire someone who knows how to talk to customers with politeness. Kindness goes a long way!

The wife was looking for a purse and George who is a very good salesman/owner helped her out with lots of info on the manufacturing and the quality. very informative. We found him very personable and were in the store for an hour and he never gave up which a woman buying a purse I'm sure can be frustrating to sell too. He gave my wife a great deal on a purse and CC holder. He also sold me a Lamb skin Jacket at a great deal as well. i wasn't looking for a leather coat but it was good quality, comfortable and a great price i couldn't refuse. I've decided to adopt him as a cousin as a lot of his stories were about his cousins! He was amazingly personable sharing his family stories. A very like able guy. Hats off to you George and Cal who works with you as well.

These 2 guys are the absolute best!!I came here specifically because of a review that I had saw. I had taken a day to myself, away from the kiddos and house and some much needed me time. I had the best time shopping and was treated like a queen. I left with a huge smile the the nicest jacket I've ever owned and an amazing price! Next I will be back to check out the beautiful purses!!!!

I was browsing and shopping around for leather bags and jacket, the salesman/owner was not helpful but yet rude, ignorant and i feel he is discrimanting me as i am asian and he treats me and look at me as i cant afford the stuff that he is selling. he wont let me look around unless i told him if i am a sure buyer, do your business somewhere else

Experience:I went in the store to look at leather briefcases. Since i am a young professional i was looking for a slim, zipped leather brief. However all of their styles they carried were relatively rugged and too large for my taste. As i was walking out of the store i noticed a nice navy leather jacket. As i was trying to put it on a sales associate came and asked if I had a price in mind. Since i was just looking around I told him im looking around and had no specific price in mind. Than he said "unless you have specific price and you are going to be purchasing, you cannot try anything on since the jackets are expensive 800 dollar leather jackets. And when i am interested in purchasing they will size and allow me to try them on." As a customer as well as someone with luxury menswear experience, that was rude and extremely ignorent comment.When I walked in the store I was wearing washed black denim with a casual sweater. If they are going to judge a customer by what we are wesring and simply state that their garments are too expensive and I cant even try them on, I am more than happy to take my business elsewhere.Price:relatively reasonable. For the quality and considering the garments are made in Pakistan, i believe there are much better price and quality using direct to consumer brands.Thank you for reading my experience, and i definately would not recommend this store to anyone.
