We did a Business Plan for David McConnell from Lancaster Energy at least 2 years ago. He didn't pay for it. David is a liar and a cheat, if you are thinking of funding him don't do it- he will screw you. David what is wrong with you it is a measly amount of money. Pay up!!!!!!
