  I got my earrings here and it was perfect and budget friendly! Catered with the most friendly staffs! Never intimidated especially the Filipina lady! They made us comfortable while deciding what item to get. It was busy black friday but everyone there is so friendly and kind. 💯💯💯

  We had a sent in a ring in to fix a claw. While in there care a mistake was made . This happens we are all human. Michael Hill stepped up . Took responsibility and fixed more then what was required. Its refreshing to see a business act with out a fight do the right thing. Absolutely more then impressed . Like I stated everyone has mistakes its what you do with it that's shows what's your made of. Will only purchase any jewelry from Michael Hill from now on. Excellent job with professional service!!!!

  Chain I purchased, and seller reassured me it was very strong, was broken in a week. When I came to store for assistance they asked $40 for repair of their defective item. No warranty was offered. Low quality jewelry and poor customer service.

  Garbage of a store to deal with. The sales people who work here are all liars, and they'll do anything for a sale.It is an overpriced junk of a store. I placed an order for an item inside the store. Through their website and they said, oh yeah, it will be here. The next day or the day after 4 or 5 days passed by no one calls or anything, and when I call to get an update, they had no clue what i was asking about and then all of suddent ...Oh yeah, the the product is here.

  Avoid this store and the staff under ALL COSTS. The manager who goes by the name “Rav” is a very unprofessional person who will never listen to the customers concern . Instead he is on a power trip thinking he has an upper hand on there customers . I had bought a ring from this store from two sales people simranjeet and harshdeep , They promised me there is a one month return policy on this “no questions asked”. I left the ring in the safe in my house and went on a trip for one
  Weekthe day after . When I came back I had decided to return the ring as it was for a family member who did not approve of it . The ring was literally not even removed from the box . When I came back to return the ring the insolent store assitant manager smeet refused to return it saying it had “micro scratches “ on it which he could see using his magnifier . I explained to him how the scratches extend the full length of the band and it doesn’t make sense that this was caused from
  It being worn . I told him the ring was not even removed from the box . He said the manager is not in store and I can come back when he returns I decided to go to a different Michael hill store because I wanted this issue to put to
  Rest . This scheming assistant manager called up every store in the city telling them to refuse accepting this ring . He wasted my full two days of going to the stores to return this . I then spoke to RAV the unprofessional manager of this store and explained to him the situation he again started shouting at me on the phone saying “I don’t know how you people wear these rings “ after me telling him literally no one wore it . I then drove back to the store to speak to him in person with the ring to
  Explain to him to show me how it’s possible to get this micro scratches all across the band . He then told me I “rubbed” the staff the wrong way and they have a vandetta against me hence will refuse to return the ring . I then asked him
  To show me some other rings in the display unit so I can see if they also have these
  Microscratches or not . RAV (gaurav) refused to show me these rings saying he will not show them to me as I am trying to
  Prove my point basically confirming that the other rings also have scratches on them .
  
  I then had to write a long email to customer service with photographs that thankfully I had taken of the ring on the day I bought it at the store which clearly showed these microabrasions across the band . (Again the insolent manager rav refused to look at these pictures also) .
  
  Eventually the regional manager reached out to me and apologized to me for the unprofessional behaviour of rav and finally made them return the ring .

  A lot of people have had similar experiences where they are scammed into buying Jewellary from this store by the sales assitant and then after refusing to accept any responsibility for the product . Do not buy from here !!

  I was mislead by sales woman Simranjit K. Who promised that the stud that I purchased can be returned within 30 days with no questions asked. After I tried it on and wasn't satisfied, I attempted to return it, but was told that Michael Hill will not return the product. Clear misleading information and this is their way of keeping their sales number at a clearly struggling store. They will do anything to sell you anything. Don't waste your time or money

  If I could leave a -5 review I would. DO NOT EVER walk into this scam filled store. They will sell you anything and everything with false promises, only to lie to your face over some abstract store policy. Go to any other store, but never shop at Michael Hill; there's a reason they have bad reviews, especially this location. It will be a great day when this store shuts down.

  If I could give this store 0 stars, that’s what I would give them.
  My husband bought be a diamond tennis bracelet for Christmas. Immediately after opening it, it broke. I didn’t even put it on my wrist. When trying to bring it back, they refused to exchange it because it was broken, implying that I broke it putting it on my wrist. Which that was not the case, it broke before even trying it on. Having said that, I did try wrapping it around my wrist to see if it would fit, because I thought while it was getting fixed they could size it. My husband was told the tennis bracelets could be sized, but this is not the case. He was lied to. So they are going to fix the bracelet, however, they won’t exchange it. So now I’m stuck with a bracelet that does t even fit. Worst customer service ever. DO NOT SHOP HERE. They do NOT stand by their product.

  I purchased a $1,200.00 bracelet for my wife and gave it to her on Christmas. As I was showing her how the clasp works the bracelet broke. I brought it back to Michael Hill to have it repaired and sized up as well. They informed me that it could not be sized up. The sales man that sold me the bracelet steered me towards the tennis style as opposed to the bangle style I was looking for originally. He told me a bangle could not be sized up but the tennis style could be. They will not refund or exchange it either due to the fact it is “damaged” as they call it or the fact it was never worn, even after it’s repaired. So do not waste your time or money at Michael Hill. Negative 5 stars if possible.

  ade to feel welcome as soon as I walked in. No pressure sales, smeet is very helpful and knowledgeable about thier product. Lots of choices and some in my price range and great quality, will be going back for more and I make sure will go back with smeet only...

  I can see others are having the same issues as me. I have been a customer of Michael Hills for years and this location by far has the worst management. They are pushy and rude. The Manager Rav patronizes you and looks down on you if you don't buy.
