The driver was very pleasant and helped us with our luggage. Was waiting for us at the airport, great service The staff are friendly and always willing to help out. Well worth the money !!!

Used this business when it was elite parking. Not impressed the way they operate now. Went on a vacation and came back, they don’t plug your vehicle in before starting it. Even at -30.Now I have to replace my head gasket because they don’t take the time to do the little things that make the difference. Asked the manager if there was anything they could do and they said they don’t care. I will never use them again.

We returned home from 2 weeks of sunshine to a -23 weather and a car that not only had a dead battery, but was completely frozen and the key wouldn't work! Help was a phone call away and quickly someone came to give us a boost.When we couldn't open the door (to open the hood) he went back to resolve that, and the shuttle returned so we could stay in a warm place while they got into the car, boosted it, brushed off the snow, and wouldn't let us out of the warm shuttle until our car had warmed up for a while! Both of these gentlemen (sorry we didn't get there names) were so helpful and kind - and they just said it was their job. Having traveled for almost 24 hours to arrive in the extreme cold, were were so very appreciative. Thank you so much!!

Parking here is very easy. I used this service for a week. Upon arrival at YEG just follow the instructions when you receive the text from Park 2 go. The bus was readily available and my vehicle was inside waiting. Great service. Thank you.

Very early this morning we just returned from a tropical vacation to a frigid -28 at EIA. I am so glad we chose Park2Go and their valet service! The driver that took us to the airport and picked us up was so friendly and took complete care of our bags. When we arrived back at the parking lot that 10+ inches of snow that was on our vehicle was gone and it was warm and waiting for us. The office staff were quick and just as friendly getting us out and on our way. thanks!! and we will definitely returnAnn B

We left for 5 days, and arrived home during a nasty winter snowfall warning to a warm vehicle ready to go. We were picked up promptly and everyone was super friendly. We very much recommend Park2Go for an incredibly efficient and worry-free experience for less cost than hiring a taxi to get to and from the airport!
