Everyone I spoke to was incredibly polite and helpful, and when I had to cancel last minute they were able to accommodate me with no problems. I will definitely go back to them.

Firstly, the online reservation was easy to navigate. After arriving at the site, Joanna, the manager, was very friendly, thoroughly explaining the process of accessing my unit (it is an indoor unit in a two story building) as she led me to the unit’s location. Pricing is quite reasonable for the unit I received and the building, although older, is maintained well. I’d definitely recommend this location of Sentinel storage.

Clean, safe and secure facility. Is equipped with trolley and other equipment to make move in easier. Also love the heated space. Originally booked on line speaking with agent and checked in with Joanna on site who was great to deal with.

I used Sentinel Storage this summer when I needed some storage assistance, at first it seemed like a wonderful deal - the manager Joanna proceeded to lie directly to my face saying "the units are prorated so you pay ahead of time for the month but any UNUSED time will be REFUNDED back to you if you leave early" - while this is supposedly true WITHIN A TIMEFRAME that part was not clearly stated and I was ecstatic to be making a wonderful choice that allowed me a little wiggle room if I needed. When I was done with the unit I hurried out so as to leave a bit of a refunded period, only to be charged $272 for a month - I was quoted $50/week when I first signed for the unit. When I emailed to inquire about my refund Joanna simply stated to me "I am sorry you were misinformed".
I am also sorry I was misinformed and I am sorry I wasted my business on a place that clearly prides itself on ripping people off.
I will not be using Sentinel Storage in the future and I would not suggest a friend to them for $100 either.

Very professional and welcoming, the rules are simple and they send reminders to pay ahead of time so very convenient.
Cement floors but they leave an open unit of pallets to grab if needed. 10/10 would recommend?

This is now my second time using sentinel storage in nisku and i would recommend it as the staff is so welcoming and helpful! As well as they work hard to maintain a safe a clean facility.
