This gas station is the worst in Nisku and area. Pay at the pump never works and when I go into the store I get attitude from clerk. No apologies. Just snarky comments about it being the law in Alberta to prepay. No shit Sherlock! Just do your job and put my card through. Keep your stupid comments to yourselves. Clerk was argumentative and drew me into argument with her bad attitude. I lost my cool and eventually got dismissed because she coerced me into an argument with her. I went across the street to Circle K, which I highly recommend. Don’t waste your time with this Shell gas station. Pumps never work. It’s run down, and the staff are rude with an attitude. Self entitled and customer service does not exist with their staff behind the till.
Never coming back.

Absolutely the worst gas station I have been to. The pumps are ALWAYS super slow, the receipts never print, the actual pumps if working are cracked and broken. AVOID this place. There is a new Esso just on the opposite corner that is actually nice.

Shadiest gas station across town, didn’t tap my Airmiles cart, car felt sluggish after using their gas. I won’t recommend it at all.

I really don't like this gas station. There is a new one across the street , gas is always cheaper. So are smokes. This shell is not clean on the inside. And needs major renos

Propane service is terrible, I have been here several times for propane, most times there is no one available to fill. Today, I waited outside for approximately 10 minutes after asking for someone to fill my tanks, and no one came. So I left, and will no longer be using this Shell for propane.Go elsewhere if you are looking for propane.
