“As we headed back to Edmonton from Calgary, our vehicle unexpectedly entered limp mode, restricting us to speeds of only 80km/hr and crawling at 30km/hr uphill, despite pressing the gas pedal to the floor. With all shops closed on that Saturday, we were fortunate to find a family-run business willing to assist us. Although the owner was occupied, they graciously made time to meet us at the shop.
