Stay away from this place. They told us which lug nuts we needed to purchase for them to put on our vehicle. They told us the wrong size as these are too long. One of our hub caps broke off and was never seen again and has caused a lot of trouble. All I asked was for the lug nuts and installation to be covered by them since they were the ones who told me which ones to buy off of them. They wouldn't even cover that part of their mistake.

I visited the store today to return a patio chair cushion. The customer service representative, who was supposed to assist customers, displayed an unpleasant demeanor and condescending attitude towards the customer ahead of me and myself. She posed questions in a rude manner, expecting me to be unable to answer them. However, I provided the necessary information without resorting to rudeness. Although she processed my return, it appeared to cause her significant discomfort. Subsequently, she made a scene by removing a small amount of hair from the cushion, suggesting that I must own a dog. While I do not have a dog, I do own horses. She emphasized that she would now be responsible for cleaning it. I believe that management should address her hostility towards customers. Perhaps when employees reach such a level of discontentment, they could undergo additional training or be reassigned to a position that does not involve direct interaction with the public. I intend to submit a formal complaint to management and will no longer be shopping at CT in the future. There are numerous other establishments in Olds that offer excellent customer service.

Went to the auto service desk today with a photo of a relay. Showed the photo to Kevin and he quickly wrote down a sketch of the pins on my relay because his computer wasn’t finding anything for what I needed. I waited barely a minute while he went to the back to find me one. He came back with the exact relay I needed.
Kevin was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. 5 stars for Kevin.

Canadian Tire is an awesome store. I really don't know what to complain about. They have almost anything you would need for camping,hunting,bbq,boating, hiking, lawn garden. It's been around forever I probably walked In at some and bumped into someone having a bad day In the last 35 years who cares.

Worst Canadian Tire shop ever! I got installed the wrong tires and my car would show I was driving 10km over. Call and after a long discussion with the manager he booked me to get them replaced, when I showed up I was told no mechanic was hired yet and nothing they could do. End up getting the tires and going into another Canadian Tire in Calgary. Beware of this place, totally unprofessional - do not recommend doing any tire work here, I hope they get a new manager and at least have the decency to issue an apology and a refund!
