Hit a small deer, brought my vehicle into CARSTAR Olds. Great work on the repairs and paint job. Very courteous front desk, and the repairs were done in a timely matter. Very happy with the outcome. Made it easy for us.

I have taken my truck here twice to have repairs done from deer hits. But this last fox they honestly went above and beyond! They did wonderful work! My truck is beautiful again! (At least on that side) and to top it off they cleaned the interior of my truck which I had a mess in there! Lots of dog, cat, cow, horse hair and the carpets look like the day I bought them! I’ve tried to vacuum out that dog hair with no success but they got it! Always friendly staff when I come and they are great at answering my questions! They also had my repairs done in roughly a week and carry warranty! Definitely recommend.

Wanted to take a minute to thanks John and the whole team at Carstar. Suffice to say it was everything you'd hope for when having to repair body damage.
Timely, professional, skilled handy work and high quality of repair with friendly service. I would recommend Carstar in Olds to anybody. Thanks again for all your help.

Wow…this business rocks!
Brought our vehicle in for back end damage. It was done in the timely fashion of less than two weeks.
An amazing job … professionally friendly staff and our vehicle looks brand new once again!

Yay CARSTAR!
I was supposed to go to KHS for my hail repair and got a customer service person who must have been having a bad day. Not a pleasant experience. I called CARSTAR in Olds and the service was absolutely professional and I got everything sorted out within minutes and my hail damaged repaired car, back 3 days later. Natasha at CARSTAR olds is awesome! Great customer service! Thank you!

Very unhappy drove all the way in for an insurance estimate just to get told This is going to be to much a hassle be best to take your vehicle somewhere else. I have taken my other vehicles there before and had a great experience this time was not and I would not recommend going there I will be telling my insurance company the same thing as they recommend them

I just got my car fixed here for front end damage. The customer service was very friendly. They updated us regularly while our car was there!!. The car looks like new and it is so clean. I am impressed that it was detailed so nicely.

Had these guys take care of our truck a couple of years ago when we hit a deer. It took out the front grille, chrome bumper, headlight, rad, trans cooler and AC condenser.Less than a year later, we had the truck back in the shop because our AC refrigerant had leaked out and stopped working, and our transmission started overheating due to low fluid. Very slow leaks obviously, since they took almost a year to become significant enough to notice.Problem is, warranty only lasts so long. Here we are, I believe 2 years after the warranty work, the AC is once again not working, and the transmission is showing signs of low fluid again.Judging by how quickly our new chrome bumper they installed started rusting, how quickly the chrome on the grille started fading, how quickly the cooler and condenser showed weakness, I can only assume they're using the cheapest parts available. Definitely not OEM.Buyer beware if you're getting a quote and expecting quality parts.
