    “I have been buying my work boots at Marks for probably 16+ years now. 1st pair I got where the heal piece is digging into me. Asked about warranty and the girl said they are probably wore out. 90 day warranty. They are 6 months old and I drive for a living. Other than the heel they are in almost perfect condition. Just a faulty pair, even got the shoe guy to try but it didn’t work. I’ll have to pay more attention to the heels on the next purchase maybe I could have caught it had I of checked. Note to self.”
