    This branch has a serious customer service issue. Staff consistently ask rude, unnecessary questions and make interactions feel uncomfortable instead of helpful. There are plenty of banks that treat customers with basic respect and this isn’t one of them.

    Julie was very unpleasant, I’ve never met a customer service worker so blatantly displeased to do a simple think like print a receipt - also as someone who is there regularly, she lied as ‘she hasn’t been asked to do that in two years’ (print a receipt)

    The only place where one gets a REAL person on the phone. Always friendly and helpful staff. The financial advisors are awesome.
