Very disappointed with my experience at Pet Planet Olds. I buy very high quality food for my cats with our vet however due to their limited hours I thought it would be more convenient to purchase it at Pet Planet Olds if they sold the same food (or even something similar). I went into the store to inquire and the owner (I think) proceeded to tell me that the food I was asking for was not on her “approved list” and she would never sell that junk there. I was appalled at her response. Just FYI to a small business owner the negative feedback will always make someone walk out of your door and go somewhere else. Try “I’m sorry, we don’t carry that brand however we do carry some very high quality foods” and I might have purchased something from you.
