Took my car there with a coolant leak needing to get it fixed before a Friday. They got it looked at and fixed my coolant leak as well as looked at an oil leak I didn’t know about all in one day and I was charged very reasonably. Great place! Great group of people!

I am very Grateful to The team from Sawatzky’s auto repair . I bought a 1963 Chevy Corvair Spyder and the same day I bought it the transaxle started leaking all over my driveway. I contacted a few auto repair places in Carstairs, Didsbury and Airdrie and none of them would work on my vehicle because they weren’t sure how to properly fix a classic car. I called Sawatzky’s in Olds and they told me they have a lot of experience working on classic vehicles and they actually have worked on a few Corvairs too. So I took my vehicle to them and they fixed her up. She is back on the road and I am extremely happy with the service that Sawatzky’s provided me with. I’ll be bringing her back in the future for oil changes and general maintenance . I highly recommend Sawatzky’s for any auto repairs needed. Thank you guys

Came to this shop for some work and an inspection. They replaced a few things, 1. Power steering pump, which I needed to refill the fluids after I left... shortly after driving down the road I got a clicking in my steering, I took it to another mechanic and it turns out the rack and pinion that they replaced was not installed properly and was moving back and forth, this caused my new tires to get chewed up.. I paid a fair price to have work done here and now I'm replacing 800 set of tires cause it wasn't done properly.
Weirdly enough this review shows up on my device when I check Sawatzkys reviews but not when I check from any other device. Google reviews that is shameful

My car broke down 3 km outside of Olds. It was towed to Sawatsky's Auto Repair. They fixed my car within 2 hours of arrival and I was on my way. They did not nickel and dime me on the cost for the repair, I found the cost was quite reasonable. I was extremely impressed by the quick work and professionalism.

They were very willing to step up to the plate and help our relative from out of province with an emergency repair. And when I contacted them re a tranny issue they directed me to the shop that would do the job.I've heard nothing but good things about this shop.

Worst experience with a mechanic shop I've ever had. I needed a shop in town as my vehicle was not able to drive. I knew it was a big fix so they fixed it but called and said something totally unrelated to that job had broken and needed to be replaced. Whatever, they replaced it. Then said something else needed to be replaced and the receptionist gave a stupid excuse as to why it would happen. Which i knew was untrue. We were supposed to pick it up after trying to get an answer from them if I could pick it up. Then got a call that while it was out for a test drive something else broke. The receptionist made it sound like the vehicle was damaged. She was very rude and spoke to me like I was a child. When we finally got the vehicle back it was so dirty we had to get it detailed. It looked like it was in a dust storm for a week with the windows open. The back seat was all marked up too. Now getting the first oil change done since having it done at this shop we find that they broke the oil filter cap as well.I am so angry and I will never recommend this place. The cost us hundreds more than needed.

I needed a latch on my back lift-window during an extreme freeze up. It had to be done right away cause the weather was too bad to drive with an open window. They got me in right away and did a great job at a great price.
