This bank has gone from amazing to horrible.After waiting an unnecessary amount of time to pickup my credit card. There was only one person who was dealing with customers and the rest in the back staring. Finally an employee decided to come up and assist. She then proceeded to try to upsell me on the credit card I was literally there trying to pick up and overdraft and all sorts of things. After I repeatedly said no she then told me I was irresponsible with my money because of how I was using my bank account. And tries to sell me on a new savings account. I was just trying to pickup my mail and I left ready to pull my accounts

Went from being a good bank but quickly becoming one of the worst. I'm not sure what changed exactly, maybe the fact that they track any transfers over $5000 or are instituting biometrics. Over the last year all the staff except one has left. All new staff now. Biggest complaint is it's ALWAYS a long wait, one teller on at lunchtime etc. Take your sleeping bag if you want to do any inbranch banking. Seriously considering moving out of there.

I have been meaning to write this review for a while as we have now been with TD almost 3 years. First I will say that the front staff always have a smile on there face and are so pleasant and efficient to deal with. I also need to shout out to Roslyn (mortgage department), Tim (small business department) and Jeramy (branch manager) for always going above and beyond for us and truly being on our side to make our loans work with the best rates. We consider them a part of our team on the business front. Have never felt this way with another bank. So happy we found you guys at the Olds location. Truly amazing staff that take care of their clients needs. I would give you 6 stars if I could.

I have never left a review for any business but when I went in to make a payment at this bank I felt so discriminated against. I was almost finished my transaction when I was told I had to wear a mask. I do get migraines/headaches and anxiety but my health apparently does not matter to this branch. Every other business in Olds, my health and I am respected but here, I was told I had to leave without my receipt which would have taken another minute to get. So who's health matters to them, not mine. Thanks TD

Clean, limited customers, customers were outside the door and appropriately spaced. Tellers were prompt, helpful, and were very pleasant to deal with customers.

But, they charge me monthly $ FEES, which other Banks are eliminating for Seniors!

I just recently moved to Olds and came in to change my address and branch. Bre made me feel very welcome. Fast and friendly service, I really appreciated that! Highly recommend!
