They had a price match all items until Christmas including black friday poster on the doors when I walked in.
I bought an 800 dollar item. Black friday it was 350 dollars off.
Went in to get the price match. I was told I was not eligable.
Welp wall mart I hope 350 bucks is worth it to you. I have other options, and I will excercise them.
After being told no by customer service, I thought I might email the store, see if I can get this fixed. Nope not an option I could only call a 800 number or talk with a chat bot.

rarely has tills open and when there is, it’s only one and the line is crazy long. if i have to ring my own groceries through, i should be getting paid for it. you have workers for a reason. if you don’t have enough staff to have more than one till open, HIRE SOMEONE.

Waited 30 minutes while customer service paged associates multiple times for a cosmetic product to be unlocked. Hard to believe not a single associate was free in 30 minutes. What should have been a quick trip in turned into a extremely long wait for a $14 product.

If I have to use self check out does that mean I get staff discount?? If I need something and staff see me they almost run the opposite direction. But are quick to access if stealing.

Scanning code of practice- Under the code, when the scanned price of an item without a price tag is higher than the displayed price, the customer is entitled to receive the item free of charge when it is worth less than $10, or receive a $10 reduction if the correct price is worth more than $10
For future it would be really great if staff would take the time to price check and not just adjust the price. I would have been happy to wait the 5 to 10 minutes, as it was busy, instead I was laughed at told no just changing price... the policy above protects consumers when errors occur. Things are expensive enough and customers deserve better.

I shop at this Walmart quite regularly, 2 times a month. I'm becoming very and utterly disappointed at the fact when I purchase fruits and veggies and CAREFULLY examine them before putting them in my cart, they SOMEHOW end up getting moldy in less than 24 hours, and my fridge is 100% working perfect. I went to this Walmart on August 14th (today), I got blueberries and pears, I HAD TO THROW THEM OUT 9 HOURS AFTER I GOT HOME!!!! Even my potatoes have gotten mold, and I bought 2 3 packs of peppers and had to throw out 3 of them cause they were MOLDY!!!!!! I am a Type 1 Diabetic with specific dietary needs, and I cannot keep wasting my money on food (I am on a SEVERE tight budget as is as I work part time) that will end up being moldy in 24 hours or less! This will and can make people SEVERELY SICK! I have no idea who to call and file a complaint about this, cause this has happened much more than once. It's becoming a serious issue! I will be placing a complaint, this is UNACCEPTABLE!

Really tired of no cashiers available at Olds Walmart. Every time I go in they have 1 or no cashiers. They expect you to go through the self check out. I refuse. I do not get a discount for scanning and bagging my groceries. Nor do I get paid to do it. Also, lately, the store has gone down hill as far as not having everyday products on the shelves to the cleanliness in the store. I think I will give my money to local unless I have no choice

No staff on till should have walked out wife wouldn't let me you rise your prices and shrinking sizes while not paying for staff hire people staff tills till end of day making me work I cost 40dollars an hour and not free next time il will be walking out

The most old lady white shirt white hair and glasses, whose name tag was turned the wrong way the entire time, was extremely short and rude to me for no reason. There was a mixup with ring in the order and she was snappy and accusing me of not saying something sooner. Last time I checked I’m. The customer in this situation. Maybe this old grumpy customer service lady should learn some customer service. And maybe learn from the individual she was training who actually said sorry and thank you and didn’t glair at her customer. She’s why there’s two stars the other old lady was rude

I picked up 2 packages of cinnamon sticks and found out they contain no cinnamon. Disappointed. Ordered pure cinnamon sticks from Amazon for far cheaper than Walmart.

Whoever was working the self check out Merch.20,2024 at 8pm makes me extremely uncomfortable. She was staring us down while we rang in our food, I get it…. It’s their job. But when she accuses of us stealing bags when you literally were not even a foot away watching the whole time. Kinda makes me and my family not want to go back again.
