“I moved away from Peace River in 1989 however my mother (age 89) still lives there and last weekend I went to visit. I found out her car would not start even though a new battery from Napa Auto was installed about two years ago and no receipt could be found. I called Napa Auto and spoke to Ian. He found the proof of purchase based on the Serial Number on the battery and confirmed it was still on 100% full warranty and took care of everything for me.
