Was greeted by 2 new tellers from what I can tell. One newer trainie and an experienced teller from my knowledge. Service was much better than I have had in the past year. Came in to merge accounts and was in and out within 30 mins and had all the answered I wanted

Would not cash a RBC cheque unless I was a client. Wouldn’t even entertain the idea of verifying the cheque or asking if I wanted to be a client. Instead they pointed me to the money mart if I wanted it cashed. What’s the point of brick and mortar anymore?
