I went to the bank on January 28th 23 they were closed cause there was only one person working I then went back on the 29th there was was a huge line up cause only one customer service agent was available where was the manager so much for customer service I plan on switching banks

Unbelievable. I'm glad I quit this bank, but due to their way of doing business I can't seem to be done with them! Web lists a local phone number, but I still end up at the call center, and as per usual, 15 minutes wait time...on hold. Not likely! No call back option like many use. An online banking that they screwed up to where it's useless. OMG!

With the new management a great place to bank. Staff is more knowledgeable and always a pleasure doing business. If they need to find out more information they get back to me in a timely manner. Good job with reduced staff during the pandemic.

Why don't y'all know the rules on taking mortgage payments? Wanted to pay, showed up with $ in hand, instructions from Ottawa, and you cannot explain why it won't process.

I love the Peace River Scotiabank, the people are friendly and if you ask them they are able to help with just about everything you need, I've never had any issues

Poor customer service. They want you to do everything online. Which is annoying. I go in there , cause my phone is dead since I usually bank online, and they say give me your phone I’ll show you how. I know how... my phones dead. She suggested I charge it and they can help me. No.... it’s your job as a teller, I literally went in to transfer money to another account... defintley thinking about switching banks. The customer service is poor every time I go in. Very sad.
