This restaurant is excellent, with a welcoming staff, notably Simran. I used to enjoy her friendly service and the fact that she remembered my order every time, we would always have a good laugh about it. However, I've noticed she's no longer there. I highly recommend this store; it's the cleanest Subway I've ever encountered.

Terrible service. Instantly looking at receipts to check for tips. If you didn't tip there's a change in attitude. Rude women that work there.

Today I had the great experience ! The service was really good, friendly staff and maintained the proper hygiene . I really enjoyed my sandwich and will definitely visit there soon.

We usually place our orders for online pickup, sometimes we go in, our sandwiches have always been made how we order them, staff is friendly and the store is clean. When ordering online it’s always been ready for the pick up time, and the staff prioritizes when you’re just there to pick up. I’ve had no bad experiences here in the years I’m been coming here. Make sure to use the subway app for good deals.

Sandwiches are great! But I kinda feel like the one server girl is kinda weird holding my sandwich like she thinks I’m gonna run away with it before paying lol! Other than that service is ok!

The place may be different now it was a few months ago I was there but because of that visit I will never go back. All I can say is use at your own risk, or try dairy queen or 1 stop pizza instead since their all in the same parking

Disappointed in the amount of salads given. I remember a time when Subway loaded your subs salads etc. These days it is the bare minimum. I won't be going there again.

I placed my order for 4 subs online, and was given a time at which they would be done. When I arrived, I waited in the vehicle for several minutes, and there were no customers in the location. I went into the location, and one of the employees was cleaning the coffee machine, and no one was preparing food. It was 5 minutes until the pickup time I was given. When I asked about my order, I was told that it had not been started yet. One employee was briefly defensive, making a claim that they had just had a lot of people, but eventually began preparing my food. They got it done right at the time I was told. Without anyone bringing it up, though, the senior employee then told me that my order time was 6:40, and it was 6:40. I calmly, briefly restated my point. The attendant then, numerous times, attempted to start an argument as I tried to leave.

Me and my girlfriend came here boxing day. After having to interrupt a personal phone call to get served, we felt as if we were impeding and interrupting. The "Sandwich Artist" then continued her phonecall with family, giving us wilted rotten lettuce and freezer burnt cucumbers. Several eye rolls, glares and grunts later, she continued her call while putting her feet on a table and uncomfortably staring at us.Not only did she do the bare minimum, she was on the phone the entire interaction and made us extremely uncomfortable while we were eating. We didn't finish our subs on site and we will not be back. We didn't feel very welcome regardless.

was not impressed, lettuce was not looking good, and the lady working actually scoffed at me when i asked her to cook my bacon more. will not be going back.

If I could give a negative star I would. The service is so slow I think I missed a birthday waiting in there. Maybe try not talking on the phone while pretending to serve customers…just a thought

Ordered a meatball sub and learned they don’t keep the meatballs warm and on the line visible, like most Subways, they keep an uncovered pan cold and underneath the counter. Said no to that and when I said I was there for 3 subs, they only had enough bread ready for 1.Left and drove to Innisfail where they were fully stocked!
