I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent purchase experience my colleague had with the Billy Goat Aerator and Power Rake from your company. The issues began with a significant delay in delivery, arriving two weeks later than promised by Guss. Upon arrival, the equipment was delivered in crate form, unassembled, and improperly adjusted or greased for that matter.
The power rake has required three belt replacements despite being used on fewer than 30 properties. When I initially contacted Guss regarding these issues, he was dismissive and unhelpful, treating me as if I were inexperienced and uninformed. Unfortunately, after sending the machines back for repairs twice, the problems have only worsened. The aerator now has excessive tension on the drive gear, making it nearly impossible to operate without considerable discomfort.
Moreover, I was informed by the main supplier, Arnes, that the machines should never have been delivered in crate form. This negligence has resulted in numerous operational issues, yet we have been unfairly charged for all repair costs. It is clear that proper assembly and adjustments were not performed before delivery, as evidenced by the permanent marker notes indicating "grease" on our machines—a task that should have been completed prior to pickup.
The ongoing issues with these machines have severely impacted our business, resulting in over $2,500 in refunds for spring cleanups and an initial investment of over $9,000 for equipment that fails to meet basic operational standards.
In light of these experiences, I strongly advise potential customers to avoid this business. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and proper service has been profoundly disappointing and frustrating.

Would rate 0 stars if I could. These guys are scam artists. Took over a week to replace an alternator on a 1990 Honda Civic after they ordered the wrong part. No communication unless you pry it from them. What should have been a simple job cost $600. Don’t waste your money here.
