“My motorcycle broke down (battery trouble) just outside of town late at night. My daughter lives in a neighboring town, she picked me up. The next day we went to Napa and explained what I needed. The wonderful lady that helped me gave me the battery she had in stock to try and if it didn't work to call her and she would immediately order the one I needed so I could pick it up the next day. So she had to order the other battery for me. The battery she ordered had to be filled and charged. I had no way to charge it and was going to have to purchase a charger. When I went into pick up the battery she had already filled it and charged it for me. That ment so much to me! The staff there is awesome and I highly recommend them! Thank you again! ?”

“On Christmas eve, I wasn't able to open my gas cap/door. I called them just after 12pm, not knowing they closed at 12 (Christmas hours). However, they helped me out and spent over 45 minutes trying to get it open. I am so appreciative of their kindness and determination to help me out when most would have ignored my call or told me there is nothing they can do. Thank you to the 3 men who stayed after you closed and got me out a sticky situation. I am from out of town, gas was below quarter tank for context. I don't know what I would have done otherwise.”
