“My husband and I were road tripping from Edmonton, AB and ended up in Pincher Creek, AB for a few days. During our stay, my car broke down. Castle Ford answered our call right away. We dealt with Amy in the service department. She got us in right away on super short notice to have someone look at the car. The next day, got a phone call advising our car was fixed and ready to be picked up! Amy explained the problem and we weren’t charged a crazy amount, we found it reasonable. I was and still am very impressed. We were able to salvage our last day in Pincher Creek. Unfortunately, our car did the same thing, broke down, but on the Deerfoot in Calgary. It was stressful but because of the great explanation from Amy we were able to make a small adjustment on our own and carry on home to Edmonton, AB. A hhhhuuuuuugggggeeeee THANK YOU to Amy and the mechanics at Castle Ford.”
