“Meant to make this post 4 years ago! We were r on family trip with the camper. New used truck for us and it was overheating. They were booked solid, but told us to bring in the truck anyways and in the am the one mechanic was waiting on parts and got us in. Saved our family trip!
We called numerous places from pincher to cranbrook and they all refused us. These guys went over and above !

“My husband and I were road tripping from Edmonton, AB and ended up in Pincher Creek, AB for a few days. During our stay, my car broke down. Castle Ford answered our call right away. We dealt with Amy in the service department. She got us in right away on super short notice to have someone look at the car. The next day, got a phone call advising our car was fixed and ready to be picked up! Amy explained the problem and we weren’t charged a crazy amount, we found it reasonable. I was and still am very impressed. We were able to salvage our last day in Pincher Creek. Unfortunately, our car did the same thing, broke down, but on the Deerfoot in Calgary. It was stressful but because of the great explanation from Amy we were able to make a small adjustment on our own and carry on home to Edmonton, AB. A hhhhuuuuuugggggeeeee THANK YOU to Amy and the mechanics at Castle Ford.”

“Pulled into Fountain Tire Pincher Creek location. Asked if they would check my tire pressures. The service staff pulled the truck up and filled my tires with air. No issuies what so ever, friendly staff very polite. Any tire/car or truck issuies they have you coverd. Thanks gang keep up the great work!!!”
